To participate in this training successfully and qualify for a certificate of completion, all attendees must:
- Attend all 3 days of the training at the designated times
- Attend on their own device
- Have a working camera and working microphone
- Keep the camera on during the entire training
Please test your equipment and system in advance to ensure that you’re able to log in smoothly and participate on the day of the training.

Registration fees are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place or transfer to another training. All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than the registration deadline for this training.
Substitution requests have a fee of $25.00, and transfer requests have a fee of $75.00. After the registration deadline has passed, we are unable to accept substitutions and/or transfers for this training.
